Welcome to Will's Week

Hi and welcome to my first newsletter.

Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you for being here and being part of this awesome community. When I started my YouTube channel, I had no idea that it would grow so quickly and that I’d meet so many amazing people, it honestly means the world to me.

Secondly, I want to explain why I’ve started a newsletter and what’s happening with my channel.

Community is the most important thing to me and for the next month or so I won’t be uploading any content to YouTube, so I needed a way to stay in touch with people and let them know what I’m up to, in a quicker, simpler way than creating a video. That’s where the newsletter comes in. 

Each week I’ll share with subscribers what’s been going on, what’s coming up, and some thoughts I’ve had. It’s not just one way though. I’ll be running polls, asking for input and feedback, and giving subscribers the opportunity to contribute in helping to shape the channel.

I’m staying fully in control of the filming and editing process and while some elements may be smoother and more professional, you can rest assured that I’ll still be capturing the same idiotic moments and direct honesty so many of you seem to love. 

I just need some help with setting up camera shots, filming while I drive, flying the drone, and similar aspects of creating content. This means that I’ll be able to focus more on creating amazing content and sharing my passion of the weird, wonderful, and whacky things in life.

I could go on for hours, but I’ll keep this short because I’m sure this is just one of many emails you’ll be reading today. I’m so excited to be able to take the channel in this direction and involve more members of the community in shaping and creating some of the content.
