I visit beautiful Devon this week to put a brand-new campervan through its paces. Talk about high-tech!

This campervan had so many features I’d never seen before. One was the Wallas diesel heating system, which also powered the cooking hob.

Although it was one of the most high tech campervans I’ve used it did lack one important feature. There was no toilet.

Usually, that wouldn’t be an issue. However, this week, it was. Waking up in the morning with a desperate need to use the toilet, I had to drive for 10 minutes before I found one. It was a bit touch and go 🤣

I got to explore Dartmoor, a breath of fresh air after being cooped up in the city for a while. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t the best - wind and rain are always guaranteed in the UK countryside at this time of year!

The campervan was immaculate, and it was so much fun to use, especially along some of the winding country lanes in the South West. It also has a pop top, but given the wind, I decided to keep that down for most of the time.
