Life Size Toy Car
The Suzuki Jimny
I jumped at the chance to try out a converted Suzuki Jimny this week because it’s a cracking little car that I’ve had in mind for possibly my next vehicle. To say things didn’t go smoothly is an understatement though.
I’d heard so many things about the Jimny that I was intrigued to check it out. From it being one of the smallest and most affordable 4×4s to the scary sounding death rattle, my interest was piqued.
I had a lot of fun driving this one round my home town of Dorking. It really felt like I was in some kind of life sized toy car. I was grinning from ear to ear.
Parking up for the night in a familiar spot at the foot of Leith Hill in Surrey was where the fun really started. When I say fun though, I really mean cock ups.
From nearly blowing myself up with the gas hob to squeezing inside to sleep it was quite the adventure. I loved so many aspects of this vehicle, but it was a bit too small for me overall.
